I check your blog quite often and I am always facinated to see the pcitures you add - I kind of use your blog to see Sri Lanka and fill a small void in my life when I miss the mother land and the people.
This is a very special shot for me as most of my childhood holidays were spent in Kandy and my parents and I used to travel there in the Intercity express. This was a ritual that took place at least thrice a year. This shot brought back so many memories for me as a child. Thanks for posting this. :)
